Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Items must be new, unused, and unworn.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.
Return Method & Shipping
Method: All returns and exchanges must be sent by any courier of the customer's choice.
Initiation: Please contact our support team on WhatsApp at 03372122088 for instructions before sending your item back.
Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the tax deductions paid by the brand.
Defective Items: In the case of defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can assist you accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to current product availability.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
Fees: There are no restocking fees.
Shipping Coverage
Woli.pk currently ships only within Pakistan.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for Pakistani orders only.
